Description

You will support the day-to-day operation and evolution of a Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, working with business teams, IT & D, and an external DAM provider. The role includes analyzing platform issues, documenting business requirements, creating user stories, and supporting updates to configurations and workflows. You will also help implement new use cases, including Social Commerce, and contribute to assessing the current platform and defining future functional/business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing operations of the DAM platform

• Assist with DAM configuration updates and workflow changes

• Analyze platform-related problems and coordinate solutions

• Work with the DAM vendor to resolve issues and implement improvements

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; create user stories

• Support optimization of business processes for digital asset management and content circulation

• Participate in assessing the current DAM platform and documenting future business and functional requirements

• Support rollout of new use cases (e.g., Social Commerce) and other digital content initiatives

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role

• Hands-on experience with DAM platforms

• Knowledge of metadata, taxonomy, tagging, search, content governance, and digital asset lifecycle management

• Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements

• Ability to collaborate with different stakeholder groups

• Experience working in Agile environments

• Strong English skills

• Direct experience working with software providers

• Dam administration/configuration experience is a strong advantage

• Experience with Tenovos is preferred; otherwise experience with similar DAM platforms (Adobe AEM Assets, Bynder, Aprimo, Sitecore Content Hub, Brandfolder)
