Description

You will analyze media-asset and product content requirements and translate them into modeled business processes and data flows within product data management systems. The role includes creating user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria, supporting prioritization/backlog maintenance, and working closely with Product Owner, development, and QA through tests, acceptance, and rollouts. You will also provide technical support for MAM topics in the PIM system and help advance MAM functions through automation and process optimizations.

Responsibilities

• Capture and analyze requirements from the business

• Model and document business processes and data flows

• Create user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria

• Support backlog prioritization and maintenance

• Run workshops and interviews with stakeholders

• Collaborate with Product Owner, development, and QA

• Support testing, acceptance, and rollout activities

• Identify opportunities to optimize handling of product data

• Provide technical support and be a point of contact for MAM-related topics in the PIM system

• Further develop MAM functions

• Design and implement automation and process improvements

• Coordinate and oversee external service providers

Requirements

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field

• 3–5 years of experience in requirements engineering and business analysis

• Knowledge of product data management, ideally with PCMS systems

• Understanding of data structures, classifications, and content processes

• Comfortable working with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)

• Confident with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Excel

• Experience with PIM/PCM systems

• Analytical thinking and strong communication; team-oriented

• Fluent German and English
