Description

You will elicit and align partner and customer requirements for new services and features around the DAB Trading Platform, ensuring consistency with technical/operational feasibility and company strategy. You will analyze complex problems and risks with product development teams and subject matter experts, and specify requirements for internal and external stakeholders within the DAB trading system landscape. You’ll also support implementation planning and increments/features, define acceptance criteria, and create/evaluate pre-studies and analyses.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from business partners and customers for new services and functions for the DAB Trading Platform
• Assess technical and operational feasibility and align with strategic business goals
• Analyze complex issues and risks and co-develop solution approaches with product teams and domain experts
• Specify requirements for internal and external stakeholders for the DAB trading system landscape
• Contribute to implementation plans, support increment/feature delivery, and define acceptance criteria
• Align requirements and analyses with the Tribe strategy and the overall Personal Investors unit
• Create and evaluate feasibility studies and analyses

Requirements

• Completed degree and long-term domain experience in agile or other product development (or equivalent)
• Knowledge of the business and collaboration model of independent asset managers with a depository/custody bank
• Good overview of digital trends and tools, plus extensive knowledge of securities trading
• Very good requirements engineering skills and ability to visualize requirements in text, images, and diagrams (ideally also knowledge of IT development processes and IT architecture)
• Ability to break down complex structures and requirements and communicate them clearly for the target audience
• Ability to work with the team to search for the best solution and build consensus
• Flexible communication style for different interlocutors and situations in German and English
