Description

You will combine product thinking, business analysis, and coordination of agile project delivery. The role includes managing the product backlog and roadmap with stakeholders, translating business needs into User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, and working closely with developers to analyze technical and process details. You will also monitor budget execution and support acceptance and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and collaborate with customers and stakeholders

• Co-create the product roadmap and plan long-term product development

• Translate requirements into User Stories and Acceptance Criteria

• Create mockups, diagrams, and documentation (Figma, Confluence)

• Prioritize and manage the backlog (Jira)

• Work with the development team and coordinate delivery of tasks

• Facilitate refinement, planning, reviews, and business meetings

• Run acceptance tests (PO Review) and support go-lives

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role

• Strong knowledge of Scrum and SDLC

• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)

• Ability to independently conduct business analysis and work with stakeholders

• Technical understanding of software development processes

• Very good English for communication with international stakeholders

• Independence, analytical thinking, and strong communication and organizational skills

• On-site presence at least 1 day per week
