Description

You will validate business requirements for completeness and consistency, support the business in refining needs (including in workshops), and help indicate MVP scope and prioritize user stories. You will identify dependencies across areas and projects, accept the backlog, and support budgeting and estimation using methods such as Expert Guess. You will also identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Verify business requirements for completeness, consistency, and scope

• Support the business in refining needs (including workshop mode)

• Define MVP and support prioritization of user stories

• Identify dependencies between business areas and projects

• Accept the backlog

• Support budgeting forecasts and estimation/valuation (e.g., Expert Guess)

• Identify areas for automation and process optimization

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business/system analysis in IT

• Experience collecting and documenting requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria)

• Knowledge of process modeling (BPMN) and understanding system architecture

• Experience with Agile methods and tools such as Jira/Confluence

• Ability to run workshops and moderate discussions to reach decisions

• Analytical and systems thinking

• Independence: drive topics from initial needs to an approved backlog

• Ability to translate between IT and business language
