Description

Work on end-to-end analysis of customer data and behavior to improve the customer shopping experience. Create solutions for questions around customer data and behavior, from defining objectives to delivering data-driven action recommendations. Statistically design, execute, and evaluate test scenarios; analyze cross-channel customer journeys and collaborate with Data Science to industrialize data products.

Responsibilities

• Perform holistic analysis of customer data and behavior to enable the best shopping experience

• Develop solutions for questions about customer data and behavior, from goal-setting to data-driven recommendations

• Design, accompany, and statistically evaluate test scenarios to measure the success of initiatives

• Analyze the cross-channel customer journey to understand and optimize the interaction between in-app digital stimuli and in-store purchasing behavior

• Work closely with Data Science to industrialize data products

• Act as a point of contact for international interfaces in customer data analytics

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Customer Analytics, E-Commerce, or CRM

• Strong knowledge of Python and/or R; Databricks is a plus

• Comprehensive knowledge of statistical methods and experience with Machine Learning

• Analytical, structured, and methodical working style

• Ability to communicate complex content in a simple way

• German proficiency required; good English skills
