Description

You will develop and evaluate data-driven solutions for questions about customer data and behavior, translating goals into actionable recommendations. You will statistically design, run, and analyze test scenarios to prove the impact of different measures, and analyze cross-channel customer journeys connecting app activities with in-store purchasing. You will partner with Data Science to industrialize data products and act as a key contact for international stakeholders in customer data analytics.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Customer Analytics, E-Commerce, or CRM
• Good knowledge of Python and/or R; experience with Databricks is a plus
• Comprehensive knowledge of statistical methods and experience with Machine Learning
• Analytical, structured, and methodical working style; ability to explain complex content simply
• Fluent German; good English
