Description

You will build data-driven solutions for questions about customer data and behavior, from goal setting through to actionable recommendations. You will design and statistically evaluate test scenarios to prove the success of different measures and perform cross-channel analysis of the customer journey to connect app engagement with in-store purchasing. You will work closely with the Data Science team to help industrialize data products and support international interfaces for customer data analyses.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions for questions related to customer data and customer behavior, from defining objectives to data-driven action recommendations
• Conceptualize, support, and statistically evaluate test scenarios to demonstrate impact of different measures
• Perform cross-channel analysis of the customer journey to optimize the interaction between app-driven digital impulses and in-store purchasing
• Collaborate closely with Data Science to industrialize data products and serve as a point of contact for international stakeholders in customer data analysis

Requirements

• Several years of experience in (Customer) Analytics, E-Commerce, or CRM
• Proficiency in Python and/or R; Databricks experience is a plus
• Comprehensive knowledge of statistical methods and experience with Machine Learning
• Analytical, structured, and methodical working approach; ability to convey complex topics simply
• Fluent German and good English
