Data Analyst (CRM & Campaigns)

About the Role  
You will turn CRM and campaign data into clear, actionable insights. You will work closely with CRM and marketing teams on segmentation, reporting, and campaign evaluation.  

Must-have Skills  

• SQL – ability to write and debug complex queries  

• Experience with CRM segmentation and targeting  

• Email Marketing Expertise 

• Analytical thinking, self-organized and structured approach  

• Experience with reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar)  

• English at working level B2-C1 

Nice-to-have Skills  

• Experience with CDP platforms (Treasure Data, Salesforce Data Cloud) 

• Marketing automation experience (customer journeys, lead nurturing, campaign workflows, segmentation and targeting)   

• Marketing Automation experience  

• Interest in AI usage in analytics and CRM  

• Experience with data extensions and automation tools (e.g. DESelect)
