Description

Provide functional expertise for invoice processing initiatives, focusing on the invoice booking process and the Basware platform capabilities. Guide stakeholders on standard functionalities, best practices, and available configuration options to help ensure effective use of the system.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for the Basware platform and invoice booking process
• Provide guidance on standard Basware functionalities and best practices
• Advise stakeholders on system capabilities, limitations, and possible solution approaches
• Support discussions related to process improvements and system-related requirements
• Collaborate with business and project teams to ensure effective use of Basware functionalities

Requirements

• Proven experience working with the Basware platform in a functional capacity
• Strong understanding of invoice booking and accounts payable processes
• Good knowledge of standard Basware features and available configuration possibilities
• Ability to explain system capabilities and limitations to business stakeholders
• Fluency in English
