Finance Specialist

Quick Facts

• Supports the company’s internal finance processes with invoices, payments, reconciliation, reporting, and cash flow monitoring.
• Works closely with the CFO and collaborates with an external accounting firm when needed.

Description

You will ensure that invoices and payments are correctly matched and that purchasing and billing run smoothly. You will support and maintain the internal finance system (Esko), verify financial data accuracy in Flexibee and Xero, and investigate discrepancies. You’ll also prepare ad hoc reports, track cash flow, and assist with planning when required.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Excel at an advanced level (pivot tables and advanced functions)
• Ability to prioritize and solve problems calmly
• Strong English communication (written and spoken)
• Accounting and tax knowledge (Czech Republic, UK, USA)
• Experience with consolidation and auditing
• Understanding of financial operations in software-based businesses
• Active use of AI tools
• Czech language proficiency
• Advantage: knowledge of Flexibee and Xero
