Description

This role bridges stakeholders to elicit, document, and translate requirements into data-intensive solution specifications. It combines requirements work with data mapping, modeling, solution design, and the creation of near real-time data pipelines, supported by quantitative analysis and collaboration with product owners, developers, and test engineers.

Responsibilities

• Elicit functional and non-functional requirements through collaboration with stakeholders
• Work with product owners to clarify and translate requirements into specifications
• Perform data mapping, data modeling, and solution design
• Contribute to application architecture and maintainability
• Design near real-time data pipelines
• Conduct quantitative data analysis to identify issues and recommend solutions
• Collaborate with developers and test engineers
• Build relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively
• Document requirements including use cases and drive quality improvements
• Access and analyze complex datasets
• Promote analytical excellence and best practices across teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in designing data-intensive solutions
• Background in banking industry
• Expertise in requirement elicitation techniques and analysis
• Ability to translate business requirements into specifications
• Experience with AI technologies
• Strong SQL skills (Snowflake, MSSQL)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience with Snowflake and dbt
• Understanding of domain-driven design and microservices architecture
• Experience with scalable data products
