Description

You will shape the solution architecture for end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes, translating procurement, invoicing, and payment requirements into scalable, efficient, and integrated solutions. You will collaborate with P2P business teams and delivery stakeholders (Solution Architects, Developers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers) and provide technical leadership throughout implementation, with Basware as a core technology.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements for procurement, invoicing, and payment processes
• Design end-to-end P2P solutions using Basware and related technologies
• Translate business needs into scalable, efficient, maintainable solution architectures
• Define system integrations, data flows, interfaces, and process workflows
• Ensure solutions align with architectural standards, industry best practices, and business objectives
• Provide architectural guidance across the implementation lifecycle
• Resolve complex functional, technical, and integration-related challenges
• Prepare and deliver solution demonstrations, presentations, and architecture documentation
• Act as a subject matter expert in P2P technologies and processes
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in procurement, invoicing, and payment solutions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, preferably in Procure-to-Pay, Source-to-Pay, or financial process transformation projects
• Expertise in Basware
• Strong understanding of procurement, invoice processing, accounts payable, and payment processes
• Experience designing and implementing system integrations using APIs and/or EDI
• Ability to create comprehensive solution architectures (applications, integrations, data flows, business processes)
• Experience with cloud-based technologies such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to present technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within multidisciplinary teams
• Professional fluency in English
