Description

We are looking for an experienced Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) Process & Solution Expert to lead global finance transformation initiatives focused on standardizing and optimizing end-to-end I2P processes. This is a techno-functional role combining deep business process expertise with hands-on experience delivering SAP finance solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and implementation partners to design, implement and continuously improve Invoice-to-Pay capabilities within SAP S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the global Invoice-to-Pay process and solution landscape.
• Drive process standardization, optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead multiple transformation projects, ensuring delivery against scope, budget, quality and timelines.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams and external implementation partners.
• Design and implement scalable SAP finance solutions supporting end-to-end I2P processes.
• Participate in the full SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle, including solution design, testing, deployment and hypercare.
• Manage project governance, risks, escalations and stakeholder communication.
• Lead cross-functional teams, providing coaching and technical guidance.
• Bridge business requirements with technology solutions to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Finance Process & Technology.
• Strong end-to-end knowledge of Invoice-to-Pay processes, including invoice processing, approval workflows, exception handling, vendor management, and payment processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), Intelligent Capture, and SAP Concur.
• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation programmes.
• Participation in at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Experience managing multiple projects or transformation portfolios.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within international, matrix organisations.
• Fluent English.
