Mid Java Developer, Krakow, Hybrid, 2 days in officeYou will:Implement and maintain scalable backend features for a high-availability, mission-critical network management applicationWork closely with senior developers and architects to translate system requirements into reliable, distributed microservicesParticipate in the deployment, configuration, and monitoring of services across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environmentsWrite clean, test-covered code based on SOLID principles and actively participate in peer code reviewsLeverage AI coding assistants (like GitHub Copilot and Google Gemini) to speed up daily coding tasks, write better tests, and debug efficientlySupport lab operations by performing manual installations, application updates, and testing system configurationsContribute to Agile ceremonies and help maintain up-to-date technical documentation for the engineering teamYou bring:Strong hands-on experience in the modern Java ecosystem (ideally Java 21+) and the Spring FrameworkPractical background in building, integrating, and testing microservicesWorking knowledge of containerization (Kubernetes) and exposure to cloud platforms (Azure is a strong plus)Experience integrating event-streaming tools (like Kafka or EventHubs) along with solid SQL skills in PostgreSQLComfort working in Linux environments, writing basic automation scripts, and a good grasp of standard network protocolsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, standard Git/GitHub workflows, and DevOps practicesSolid problem-solving mindset, eagerness to learn new technologies, and a collaborative approach to teamworkFluent English allowing for smooth daily communication and documentation reading/writing
