Description

You will analyze and document business and functional requirements for backend and frontend systems. You will work with IT teams to design and develop services delivered via an API Management layer, define API-based access requirements for products, services, and banking data, and support integrations between internal and external systems. You will also analyze business processes and create specifications for White Label frontend solutions with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business and functional requirements for backend and frontend systems
• Collaborate with IT teams on designing and developing API Management–based services
• Define requirements for exposing products, services, and banking data via APIs
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation
• Develop specifications for White Label frontend solutions with business and technical stakeholders
• Coordinate and provide analytical support for internal and external system integrations

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in business and systems analysis in software development projects
• Experience in electronic banking and e-commerce projects
• Experience creating and building APIs
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML
• Ability to create business documentation and functional requirements
• Experience working with development teams
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum
• Practical knowledge of the banking/financial services industry
