Description

You will join a cross-team technology structure and help build, optimize, and evolve a secure end-to-end software delivery lifecycle (SSDLC). This is a strongly advisory and architectural role, with an hands-on approach: you will create reference architectures, prototypes for developer platforms, and automation that engineering teams can adopt. You will also explore and implement agentic AI to automate and evolve developer processes.

Responsibilities

• Strategically design standards, tools, and an ecosystem that support efficient work across software delivery teams.
• Build reference architectures, developer platform prototypes, and automation starting points for engineers.
• Actively research and implement agentic AI solutions to automate and improve developer workflows.
• Work with stakeholders—from architects and tech leads to leadership—to evangelize and standardize new practices.
• Analyze and optimize CI/CD, containerization, and advanced observability tooling.

Requirements

• Minimum several years of documented expert experience in one of: solution architecture, platform engineering, DevOps, or developer experience.
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices and SSDLC.
• Strong motivation to use AI in engineering processes.
• Practical familiarity with developer platform architecture.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to build technical authority and drive change in a large, distributed organization.
• English proficiency for working with documentation and technical tools.
