You work closely with business teams in order to gather requirements, run workshops, and ensure that each feature has a business purpose—not just a backlog item. You translate between business stakeholders, who know what they need, and the teams that will build it.

• Gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders
• Model and describe business processes
• Create user stories and manage the backlog
• Lead workshops with business representatives
• Ensure each function/feature delivers a business goal
• Communicate between business and technical teams

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in a Business Analyst role
• Practical knowledge of BPMN notation
• Ability to independently facilitate workshops with stakeholders
• Ability to translate complex processes into language understandable outside IT
• Independence in running analytical topics
