Description

You will take responsibility for 1–3 projects and work closely with customers to turn their needs into user stories. You will design and moderate refinement sessions, capture and prioritize requirements based on value, and help the team resolve open questions and unclear requirements. You’ll present results in regular review meetings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner

• Strong technical understanding

• Solid knowledge of agile methods (Kanban or Scrum)

• Hands-on mindset

• High drive and personal accountability

• Flexibility in different project contexts

• Strong communication and empathy

• Fluent in German and English

Bonus

• Academic background in business informatics/business studies, project management, or a related field

• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence

• Experience with Mobile Apps for iOS and Android
