Description

You will collaborate on defining the vision and implementing the development strategy for the Alior Mobile app, with an emphasis on improving Customer Experience in mobile banking product handling.

You will be responsible for product growth and business KPIs, collaborate with other teams to deliver value, and drive initiatives that increase active users, NPS, and self-service level.

You will also research the market and competition, manage the team roadmap, set priorities, and lead Agile execution with analysts, developers, and testers.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and implement the app development strategy (Customer Experience for banking products)

• Own development and business metrics for Alior Mobile

• Coordinate with other teams (“Tribes”) to deliver services and business value for the mobile app

• Prepare, implement, and monitor solutions increasing active users, mobile app NPS, and self-service level

• Conduct market research, analyze competitors, identify trends, and adjust product strategy

• Manage the team roadmap, define priorities, and co-create the release plan

• Lead Agile work of analysts, developers, and testers

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in developing digital products (preferred: Product Owner, Customer Journey Specialist, Business Analyst)

• Proven achievements delivering and improving digital products or financial services

• Understanding of digital technologies and mobile banking market trends

• Ability to independently lead complex topics at the IT-business interface

• Experience with JIRA and Confluence

• Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); certifications such as PSPO I/II, PAL-E, Leading SAFe (or equivalent) are a plus

• English skills for international work and technical documentation

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• High self-motivation, independence, and drive to build innovative products
