Description

You will own the product vision and backlog while defining the solution architecture and providing hands-on technical direction to move the MVP into production. The product is a customer-facing eService that gives clients’ customers real-time visibility into contracts, quotes, and overall contract performance, replacing manual, offline processes.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders across affiliates and markets and incorporate customer research to validate and refine requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product backlog and maximize delivered value via an executable roadmap
• Translate business requirements (contract insights and financial performance reporting) into delivery plans
• Provide the most senior technical voice and guide development across multiple workstreams
• Oversee adoption of standardized boilerplate
• Define solution architecture and supervise development
• Oversee software delivery and the release schedule with the Dev team
• Partner with the Business Owner and incorporate customer research to refine requirements

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience operating as both Product Owner and technical architect/lead
• Proven delivery of similar digital solutions from concept to production rapidly
• Strong background with structured data (contract/financial systems)
• Experience leading cross-functional Agile teams of developers and analysts
• Comfortable directing development on a modern web stack (Angular, Node.js/serverless) with DevOps, test automation, and design systems
• Ability to bridge business strategy and technical execution with both customer-facing stakeholders and the Dev team
