Description

Own critical test features and help validate next-generation hardware through hands-on system test execution. Improve process automation to reduce cycle times and support failure analysis for root-cause determination.

Responsibilities

• Devise and execute tests for hardware platforms under senior guidance; drive process improvements and test automation.

• Perform system-level unit, integration, and protocol tests to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Track bugs and analyze test data.

• Collaborate with hardware, software, and manufacturing teams; participate in design and schematic reviews.

• Share technical knowledge to resolve complex problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with 1 year of related experience (internship, co-op, or full-time), or Master’s degree with 0 years related experience.

• Hands-on experience testing, debugging, or troubleshooting electronic or optical hardware.

• Basic knowledge of test and measurement tools and root-cause analysis methods.

Benefits

• Salary range (US/Canada): $108,400.00 to $143,100.00 (base; excludes incentive compensation, equity, and benefits).
