Description

Lead and mentor 30–50 engineers and program managers across U.S. sites, owning the full people lifecycle and fostering a high-performance culture. Oversee long-term hardware program execution, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risk mitigation, and executive visibility through regular reporting. Mandatory skill: VLSI Board Design.

Responsibilities

• People management: lead, mentor, and grow teams; own hiring, onboarding, performance, career development, and succession planning

• Hardware program execution: manage long-term hardware program timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resourcing

• Risk management: anticipate and mitigate risks through structured prioritization

• Governance: ensure executive visibility with clear governance and reporting cadence

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering (or equivalent)

• 8+ years of relevant experience

• 3+ years managing teams of 20+ engineers (30–50 preferred)

• Proven success hiring, developing, and retaining top U.S. engineering talent

• Excellent English communication and strong interpersonal skills

• Experience leading across U.S. sites/time zones; comfortable with matrixed organizations

• Mandatory: VLSI Board Design experience
