Description

Build predictive models and AI agents that forecast workforce needs and risks (attrition/turnover, hiring/headcount) and deliver insights directly to HR leaders for decision-making.

Create and monitor production models in Python and SQL, including validation, retesting as new data arrives, and refinement when accuracy drifts.

Use LLMs to extract patterns from unstructured people data (e.g., survey comments and exit interview notes) and incorporate findings into your modeling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Economics, Math, Computer Science, or a related analytical field (or equivalent experience)

• 5+ years relevant data science experience (1+ with PhD, 3+ with MS)

• Depth in predictive modeling: regression, time series forecasting, and classification

• Strong statistical foundation, including experimentation and causal inference

• Ability to design validation approaches and clearly explain methodology to technical and non-technical reviewers

• Hands-on experience building with LLMs: agents, tool use/function calling, retrieval, and prompt-driven workflows (evaluation focus expected)

• Experience with large, complex operational or HR datasets, including data cleaning/structuring and extraction via SQL or APIs

• Fluency in SQL and strong proficiency in Python

• Ability to explain statistical concepts, model results, and agent behavior in plain language to HR/business audiences

• Discretion handling sensitive workforce and compensation data
