Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI, Generative AI, agentic AI, and advanced analytics solutions to accelerate digital transformation across key business functions. Build and deploy LLM-based assistants and agents using RAG, semantic search, document intelligence, and conversational natural-language-to-SQL capabilities. Develop scalable analytics tools and platforms, and partner with business teams to identify and deliver high-value automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions using LLMs, Generative AI, agentic AI, and RAG architectures

• Build AI assistants, intelligent agents, chatbots, and copilot solutions for engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and business workflows

• Develop natural-language-to-SQL interfaces for conversational interaction with enterprise data

• Design semantic search, document intelligence, and knowledge management solutions

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and lead pilot projects demonstrating business value

• Build analytical tools and automation platforms using Python, SAS, SQL, and cloud-native technologies

• Apply machine learning, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, forecasting, and optimization

• Create scalable AI and analytics applications deployable across business units

• Design and implement APIs, web applications, and self-service analytical platforms

• Develop reusable frameworks and accelerators to improve speed and scalability

• Design and maintain analytical data models, views, and datasets in Snowflake and cloud data platforms

• Collaborate with IT and Data Engineering to establish scalable data architectures for AI and analytics

• Investigate and resolve data quality, integration, and pipeline issues impacting critical analytics

• Support enterprise data governance and data quality programs

• Partner with business teams to identify high-value AI and automation opportunities

• Translate business requirements into technical AI and analytical solutions

• Present technical roadmaps and business value to leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant technical field (Data Science, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, AI/ML, or related)

• 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, AI, or analytics

• Strong Python and SQL development skills

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, agentic AI, and RAG

• Experience developing enterprise AI applications with frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, Vertex AI, OpenAI, Gemini, or similar

• Experience deploying production AI solutions on GCP, AWS, or Azure

• Strong knowledge of ML, NLP, predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and optimization

• Experience developing REST APIs and scalable software applications

• Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or similar

• Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps and CI/CD pipelines for AI deployment

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau

• Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders

• Strong communication and presentation skills
