Description

Design and develop AI solutions using Python and generative models (LLMs), ensuring responsible, transparent, and safe AI aligned with ethical standards. Build autonomous agentic AI systems and integrate AI into enterprise workflows with scalability, reliability, and compliance. Partner with engineering and business teams to implement production-grade models, monitor performance, and communicate outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI solutions using Python, AI/ML, and generative models such as LLMs

• Design responsible Generative AI with transparency, safety, and real-world impact

• Build autonomous AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI

• Embed AI into enterprise systems and workflows; collaborate with business teams

• Design for scalability, reliability, and compliance

• Implement best practices with MLOps/DevOps for deploying and maintaining AI models in production

• Execute end-to-end data science initiatives (design, development, implementation)

• Develop and maintain advanced ML models and algorithms

• Design and implement monitoring to maintain optimal performance and reliability

• Create reports, projections, models, and presentations for business stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of applicable experience OR Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience; preferably production-ready AI solutions

• Experience with agentic AI system design

• Experience collaborating with MLOps and DevOps teams

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark, and data analysis/data mining tools

• Experience with machine learning frameworks: scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch

• Experience with high-performance, large-scale ML systems

• Experience with language modeling with transformers

• Experience with large-scale ETL
