Description

Work in a plasma center supporting donors through every step of the collection process, from determining donor suitability to monitoring donor and equipment performance. You will build rapport while ensuring donor confidentiality, respond to donor reactions, and operate automated plasmapheresis machines. The position includes training to help you succeed in the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining the suitability of donors
• Establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness while ensuring donor confidentiality
• Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions
• Monitor donors and equipment to ensure donor health and quality of product
• Set up, disconnect, and operate automated plasmapheresis machines
• Disconnect and dispose of contaminated disposable equipment

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Superior customer service standards
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Interest in making a difference in the world
• Obtain required state licensures or certifications where applicable

Estimated pay: $20 per hour (plus up to 4% company bonus pool eligibility). Final compensation depends on education, experience, skills, role location, internal equity, and market data.
