Description

Support the ongoing development, enhancement, and optimization of payroll-related solutions within a complex enterprise environment. Work with business and technology stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable payroll solutions and translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, and enhance SAP HCM Payroll solutions

• Analyze business requirements and implement effective functional and technical solutions

• Configure and maintain SAP HCM Personnel Administration and Payroll components

• Develop and maintain payroll schemas, rules, wage types, features, and infotypes

• Participate in solution design workshops and requirements analysis

• Collaborate with business users, analysts, developers, and testing teams across the project lifecycle

• Support functional testing, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, and production deployments

• Ensure payroll processes comply with legal, regulatory, and taxation requirements

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for payroll and HR technology

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience delivering SAP Human Capital Management solutions with strong focus on Personnel Administration and Payroll

• Extensive hands-on experience configuring and customizing SAP Human Capital Management

• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and payroll accounting principles

• Experience working with infotypes, wage types, schemas, rules, and features

• In-depth understanding of SAP Payroll structures, tables, programs, messages, views, transactions, and function groups

• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and design scalable solutions

• Experience working in Agile delivery environments

• Strong understanding of payroll legislation, taxation requirements, and compliance considerations

• Experience supporting solution design, business analysis, and functional testing activities

• Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and enterprise-scale system delivery
