Description

You will support the development and delivery of an IT information solution for managing economic, accounting, tax, and leasing/loan agendas. The job combines regular client collaboration, preparing analyses and solution proposals, and supporting development tasks such as verification, reporting (SQL), print templates, and documentation. You’ll also handle installation and user support/training, while staying up to date with legislative changes impacting accounting, taxes, VAT, GDPR, and leasing/loan products.

Responsibilities

• Hold regular meetings with clients, the project manager, and development to address current topics and problems
• Identify client needs and define requirements for new development or services
• Create solution proposals/analyses, present solutions to customers, adjust them to customer expectations, prepare offers, and hand requirements to development
• Provide analytical support to development during programming: verification, print template creation, report development using SQL queries, and documentation
• Install the solution for customers, verify functionality, and provide ongoing customer support
• Provide helpdesk support: validate and track reported defects
• Train users on system functionality
• Continuously monitor legislation changes in accounting, taxes, VAT, GDPR, and leasing/loan products

Requirements

• Strong consulting and analytical skills
• Ability to run meetings, moderate conflicts of interest, and defend proposed solutions
• Ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders and complex business processes to developers
• Independence
• Good orientation in financial products (including insurance) and understanding of how a leasing company operates
• SQL knowledge (ability to read and write SQL queries)
