Description

Lead expert-level technical discovery calls to understand client requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. Architect high-level solution frameworks and project approaches, own the technical narrative of inbound sales proposals, and coordinate end-to-end estimation with Delivery teams. Act as the primary technical point of contact during presales, aligning solutions with business goals and supporting a seamless handover before project kickoff.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with clients and translate business needs into technical solutions

• Design high-level solution frameworks and project approaches

• Coordinate the end-to-end estimation process with Delivery teams

• Own the technical narrative for inbound sales proposals and bridge client expectations with delivery capabilities

• Guide the cross-functional presales process as the primary technical point of contact

• Collaborate with Business Development, Delivery, and Engineering Managers for stakeholder alignment and formal handover before kickoff

Requirements

• Based in Poland

• Fluent English and Polish (minimum C1)

• 4–7 years of IT sector experience in software agencies, professional services, or consulting

• Strong background in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical product management

• End-to-end presales and consulting experience (discovery workshops, shaping technical proposals, drafting SOWs)

• Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into structured technical frameworks, define scope boundaries, and assess feasibility

• Proficiency in effort sizing and technical risk identification, understanding how architectural trade-offs affect timelines and margins

• Tech-agnostic mindset to recommend diverse technologies based on client needs

• Practical experience aligning proposals with engineering and delivery teams
