Description

You will oversee the company’s “under the hood” systems that support pricing, logistics, CRM, order flows, and reporting. The role is not an IT-admin position—it's about understanding business context, system dependencies, and actively steering technology direction while troubleshooting and improving reliability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee internal software and key company systems
• Develop and stabilize the Salesforce ecosystem
• Resolve integrations between CRM, orders, warehouse, and other internal tools
• Identify root causes of issues and implement working solutions
• Lead the technology direction and prioritize development
• Collaborate with the internal team and external vendors
• Ensure technology supports company growth

Requirements

• Strong background in software and internal systems
• Understanding of integrations and complex system dependencies
• Strong orientation in Python and experience with backend development
• Ability to work with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
• Understanding of e-commerce B2B and B2C operations and how the business runs
• Ability to analyze problems quickly and drive solutions to completion
• Ability to communicate with developers and management
• Systems thinking and resilience when things are not always perfect
