As Head of IT Product (HR), you will provide leadership for a critical HR product area, ensuring business value, strong performance, and continuous improvement. • Drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and delivery of business outcomes while maintaining high operational performance and service excellence
• Own budgets, financial planning, vendor partnerships, risk management, and investment decisions within the product area
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Manage complex cross-functional initiatives and ensure effective communication across business, product, and technology teams
