Your key responsibilities will includeProviding strategic and operational leadership for the HR IT product area, ensuring alignment with business objectives, people strategy and long-term value creation.Building strong relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders, effectively influencing, challenging and aligning diverse priorities in a complex environment.Driving product strategy, roadmap execution and delivery of business outcomes while maintaining high standards of operational performance and service excellence.Taking ownership of budgets, financial planning, vendor partnerships, risk management and investment decisions within the product area.Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team while fostering accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.Managing complex cross-functional initiatives and ensuring effective communication across business, product and technology teams.Ensuring compliance, security and governance standards are met while supporting innovation and transformation initiatives.
