Description

You will lead and grow a small analytics and BI team, covering business, process, and data analytics as well as e-commerce. The role focuses on designing and evolving data, process, and integration architecture, translating business needs into functional technical solutions, and ensuring the quality of data, data flows, and integration processes. You will also support data-driven decision-making through BI development and contribute to IT/transformation projects while looking for automation opportunities using modern data technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small analytics and BI team (business, process, and data analytics, e-commerce)

• Collaborate with key process owners across the company

• Design and evolve data, process, and integration architecture

• Analyze requirements and convert business needs into functional technical solutions

• Oversee data quality, data flows, and integration processes

• Work with internal teams and external vendors

• Support data-driven decision-making and evolve BI solutions

• Participate in IT and transformation projects

• Identify opportunities for automation and use of modern data technologies

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in IT, data, or business analytics

• Strong orientation in databases and ability to work independently with data

• Practical experience leading a team or coordinating specialists

• Experience with BI/reporting tools, data warehouses, and system integrations

• Understanding of data models, data architecture, and principles for connecting systems

• Ability to connect business requirements to technical solutions and propose meaningful solutions for ERP and e-commerce systems

• Analytical and conceptual thinking; ability to see relationships and broader context

• Independence; ability to set priorities and take responsibility for decisions

• Natural authority; ability to lead the team and support colleague development

• English for reading and working with technical documentation

• Understanding of using AI tools

• Practical knowledge of ERP architecture, e-commerce solutions, and integration solutions is a plus
