Description

You will lead and grow a small analytics and BI team and take ownership of data, process, and integration architecture. You will translate business needs into functional technical solutions, ensure data quality and data flows, and support data-driven decision-making through BI. You’ll also work with internal teams and external vendors and look for automation opportunities using modern data technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a smaller analytics and BI team across business, process, and data analytics (including e-commerce)
• Collaborate with key process owners across the company
• Design and develop data, process, and integration architecture
• Analyze requirements and convert business needs into functional technical solutions
• Oversee data quality, data flows, and integration processes
• Work with internal teams and external suppliers
• Support data-driven decision-making and develop BI solutions
• Participate in IT and transformation projects
• Identify automation opportunities and leverage modern data technologies

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, data, or business analytics
• Solid orientation in databases and ability to work with data independently
• Practical experience leading a team or coordinating specialists
• Experience with BI/reporting tools, data warehouses, and system integrations
• Understanding of data models, data architecture, and system connection principles
• Ability to connect business requirements with technical solutions and propose meaningful solutions for ERP and e-commerce
• Analytical and conceptual thinking; ability to see things in context
• Independence; ability to set priorities and take responsibility
• Natural authority; able to lead the team and support colleagues’ development
• English knowledge for working with professional documentation
• Understanding of using AI tools
• Practical knowledge of ERP architecture, e-commerce solutions, and integration solutions is an advantage
