Description

You will support HR teams in becoming a data-driven organization by working on HR BI and data management solutions. The role includes owning the full product lifecycle—from conception to go-live and continuous enhancement—covering everything from data collection to visualization and self-service as well as enterprise BI. You’ll work with modern technologies in international, agile project, solution, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Support HR business areas on the journey to a data-driven organization
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for BI & data management solutions (from concept to go-live) and drive further development
• Manage innovative BI solutions from data collection to visualization, including self-service BI and enterprise solutions
• Work with HR/BI technologies such as SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, Looker Enterprise, BigQuery, and Strategy
• Bridge business stakeholders and IT contacts

Requirements

• Degree or training in (business) informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• Ideally first experience with data processing/modeling and/or report creation (e.g., via internship)
• Advantage: prior knowledge of SAP BI tools (SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, HANA Studio) or HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors/HCM
• Basic knowledge of a programming language (e.g., SQL, Python, JavaScript, ABAP)
• Fluent German and English
• Enjoy working through complex topics and strong IT affinity
• Strong communication skills and a confident appearance
