Description

You will partner with management and business units across the holding, translating real business questions into metrics, KPI definitions, and data requests. The role focuses on analyzing and profiling data in Snowflake, preparing datamart requirements, and building management dashboards and reports in Power BI. You will also improve business data quality, expand self-service BI, and use AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, SQL work, and automation.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business and business analysts to answer decision-driving questions

  • Define metrics, KPIs, and a unified view of data across the holding

  • Analyze and profile data in Snowflake

  • Prepare datamart requirements for the data engineer and accept delivered solutions

  • Create dashboards and reports in Power BI for management and holding companies

  • Develop self-service BI and support users working with data

  • Monitor business data quality and identify sources of errors or inconsistencies

  • Use AI tools for analysis, documentation, SQL assistance, and automation of recurring tasks

  • Identify opportunities where data and AI can bring additional value

  • Gradually coordinate external vendors and new analytical initiatives

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in BI or data analytics

  • Strong SQL knowledge and ability to work with data for analysis and data quality checks

  • Experience with Power BI, data models, DAX, and managing the environment

  • Ability to convert business needs into well-defined metrics and data specifications

  • Basic orientation in data modeling

  • Ability to communicate with people who are not data/technology focused

  • Structured approach, independence, and ability to complete tasks end-to-end

  • Active daily use of AI tools
