Description

Lead QA and test activities for a banking program delivering modern mobile and digital banking solutions. You will define and drive the test strategy, manage defect registration/priority/triage, and build a corporate QA Dashboard with KPIs, defect trends, test progress, quality risks, and release status. You will represent QA with business and technical stakeholders and provide regular quality reports and recommendations to management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end QA and testing activities across the banking program

• Act as Main Point of Contact for QA between the QA team and the client organization

• Plan and oversee test activities; manage defect registration, prioritization, and triage

• Build and maintain a corporate QA Dashboard (KPIs, defect trends, test progress, quality risks, release status)

• Create recurring quality reports and present recommendations to management

• Analyze business and technical requirements to create test scenarios and test cases (functional, integration, regression, E2E)

• Work closely with developers, business analysts, Product Owners, and architecture

• Complete short onsite onboarding in Dubai (e.g., first week), then work remotely

Requirements

• Several years of senior-level commercial QA experience

• Experience as QA Lead/Test Manager or coordinating QA team work

• Experience on large, complex banking/financial projects

• Test automation experience using Maestro plus manual testing experience

• Frontend knowledge for mobile/web application testing (React Native/React)

• Strong knowledge of functional, integration, regression, and E2E testing

• Ability to plan test activities independently, manage quality risk, and create clear quality dashboards/reports

• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into test scenarios/cases

• Agile experience and strong working knowledge of Jira and Azure DevOps (or similar)

• Very good English communication (speaking and writing)

• Full-time availability for ~9 months

• Willingness to travel onsite for short onboarding (e.g., 1 week in Dubai)
