Description

You will help ensure the quality of digital banking systems by critically reviewing changes before they reach production. The role includes creating test scenarios and test cases, performing manual functional, integration, regression, and user testing, and documenting and analyzing defects. You will collaborate with analysts, developers, and business teams to verify new features before customer rollout.

Responsibilities

• Create test scenarios and test cases

• Perform manual testing of banking applications and systems

• Support automated testing efforts

• Execute functional, integration, regression, and user testing

• Log, analyze, and report found defects

• Work with analysts, developers, and business teams across the bank

• Verify new functionalities prior to deployment to customers

Requirements

• Experience with manual testing

• Ability to create test scenarios and test cases

• Experience with defect logging and management

• Ability to communicate with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders

• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and emphasis on quality

• Independent and proactive approach
