Description

Own and build the QA function end-to-end, from test concepts and test strategies to quality guidelines across the full development and release process. Develop and maintain test automation systems, execute and document tests, and perform structured defect analysis using code and logs. Also take responsibility for the CI pipeline and release management, with scripting/programming skills as a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take initiative and drive ownership of the entire quality process through development and releases
• Create test concepts, test strategies, and quality guidelines for a cross-platform application (Web, Electron, Android, iOS)
• Develop and maintain test automation systems
• Execute tests and document results
• Analyze defects: reproduce, prioritize, and communicate clearly
• Understand and evaluate code and logs for technical bug investigation
• Support CI pipeline and release management
• (Planned) Extend responsibility to CI pipeline and release management; scripting/smaller software tasks may be needed

Requirements

• Ownership mindset for end-to-end QA across development and release
• Experience creating test concepts, test strategies, and quality guidelines for cross-platform apps (Web, Electron, Android, iOS)
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining test automation
• Ability to execute and document tests
• Strong, structured approach to bug analysis, reproduction, and prioritization
• Ability to interpret and analyze code and logs for bug diagnosis
• Experience with CI pipeline and release management
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
