Description

Build and lead a new Test & QA organization and take ownership of Test Management end-to-end. You will define the testing strategy, QA standards and governance, establish quality gates and release management, and set quality metrics/KPIs. Manage integration, system, regression, performance and acceptance testing, support customer UAT, and introduce test automation and risk-based testing.

Responsibilities

• Create company-wide testing strategy and QA methodology across all products
• Define QA processes, governance and QA standards with control documentation
• Build and lead the testing team
• Implement release management and quality gates
• Define and track quality metrics and KPIs
• Manage integration, system, regression, performance and acceptance tests
• Coordinate larger deliveries and release trains
• Lead defect management process
• Report quality to company leadership
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, developers and product owners
• Support UAT testing with customers
• Introduce test automation and risk-based testing

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Test Management
• Experience building and leading test teams
• Experience creating a test strategy
• ISTQB methodology knowledge
• Experience managing complex software testing
• Experience in both Agile and Waterfall environments
• Release management experience
• Enterprise application testing experience
• Regression testing management experience
• Proficiency with test management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail or similar)
• Ability to define QA processes from scratch
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical thinking, and ability to advocate for quality under pressure
