Description

You will lead end-to-end QA across data integration, data warehouse, and analytics platforms, with a strong focus on ETL/ELT testing. The role includes defining test strategy and release governance, executing test types from functional and integration through UAT and performance testing, and ensuring high-quality data validation, reconciliation, and source-to-target mapping.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage test strategies, plans, and release governance

• Lead ETL/ELT, Functional, Integration, Regression, UAT, and Performance Testing

• Ensure data validation, reconciliation, and quality; manage source-to-target mapping

• Manage QA resources, coordinate defect resolution, and communicate with stakeholders

• Drive test automation and ongoing quality improvements

Requirements

• 10+ years of software testing, including 5+ years in QA leadership

• Strong ETL/data testing expertise and SQL skills

• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Delta Lake, and Spark/PySpark

• Knowledge of Python/PyTest, REST API, and CI/CD

• Experience in Agile environments and leading distributed teams

• Financial/regulatory data experience is a plus; AI/LLM testing is a plus
