Description

Provide L3/L4 operational support for VMware infrastructure, including analysis and resolution of complex incidents through root-cause analysis. Administer and maintain VMware vSphere 8, vCenter, and vSAN 8, diagnosing issues across compute, storage, networking, HA, vSAN, and performance. Perform upgrades, patching, migrations, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver L3/L4 support for VMware infrastructure and resolve complex incidents

• Administer, configure, and maintain VMware vSphere 8, vCenter, and vSAN 8

• Diagnose issues related to compute, storage, networking, HA, vSAN, and performance

• Conduct root-cause analysis and resolve infrastructure problems

• Implement upgrades, patching, migrations, and lifecycle management

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with VMware technologies

• Very good knowledge of VMware vSphere 8, vCenter, and vSAN 8

• Experience with 2-node vSAN clusters, witness hosts, HA, and redundancy

• Practical experience with upgrades, patching, migrations, and lifecycle management

• Knowledge of enterprise server and storage environments and Fibre Channel/SAN technologies

• Experience with Commvault and/or NetBackup

• Strong L3/L4 troubleshooting skills and root-cause analysis

• Fluent Polish in speech and writing
