Description

You will take full end-to-end responsibility for initiatives at the intersection of technology and business, while managing scope, budget, time, and stakeholder expectations. You will improve delivery using software development lifecycle expertise and optimize hard delivery metrics such as Lead Time, MTTR, and Deployment Frequency. You will mentor teams in agile practices, selecting the right framework (Scrum/Kanban/Lean/XP) pragmatically and reducing administrative overhead with data-driven approaches.

Responsibilities

• Support teams with a people-first mindset and drive a shift toward strong business goal orientation

• Protect teams from organizational noise and clearly communicate the impact of priority changes

• Manage people leadership through coaching, 1-on-1s, growth paths, and regular feedback

• Deliver end-to-end success for technology-and-business initiatives

• Manage scope, budget, time, and stakeholder expectations at a management level

• Streamline delivery using deep understanding of the software development process and full SDLC

• Track and optimize delivery performance metrics (Lead Time, MTTR, Deployment Frequency)

• Identify bottlenecks early and resolve dependencies, blockers, and delivery problems

• Support Product Owners to maximize business value

• Select and apply agile methods pragmatically (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP)

• Mentor teams and model effective, efficient meetings in day-to-day work

• Design data-driven processes that reduce administrative overhead (Data-driven Agile, EBM, workflow metrics)

Requirements

• Experience delivering real business value through agile ways of working

• Proven ability to drive agile culture change over time

• Ability to connect technical topics (e.g., technical debt) with business topics (budget and timelines)

• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and structuring unclear situations

• Ability to stay calm under stress and de-escalate tensions

• English level B2+ for natural communication in an international setting
