Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Application Security programs from inception through execution and closure. Define roadmaps, milestones, governance, and metrics while ensuring high-priority vulnerabilities are triaged, validated for exploitability, and remediated based on business impact. Drive automation of vulnerability management and report security posture KPIs and risk measures to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of enterprise Application Security programs (inception to closure)
• Define program roadmaps, milestones, risks, governance, and financial performance metrics
• Integrate AI-driven and agentic workflows into existing security processes to improve threat detection and remediation speed
• Establish processes for triaging security findings, validating exploitability, and prioritizing remediation by business impact
• Automate vulnerability management to measurably reduce risk exposure
• Set governance and reporting standards for enterprise security posture visibility
• Present program KPIs, risk metrics, and roadmap outcomes to executives and governance boards
• Manage cross-functional engineering and operations teams to ensure delivery excellence and alignment

Requirements

• Leadership experience in cybersecurity delivery management or program governance, focused on Application Security
• CSSLP, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent senior credential
• Understanding of software development lifecycles, vulnerability management, and risk quantification
• Experience implementing or managing AI-enabled or automated security workflows
• Ability to manage complex governance models, budgets, and multi-disciplinary delivery teams
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills
