Description

As a Scrum Master working in IT delivery projects, you will enable high-performing Agile teams by ensuring smooth delivery, strong collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will champion Agile values and create an environment of empowerment, accountability, and transparency, while building trust and alignment across technical teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile best practices are followed

• Coach teams and stakeholders to adopt and evolve an Agile mindset and practices

• Foster psychological safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement culture

• Support delivery planning, execution, and effective flow of work

• Identify and remove impediments to delivery and team performance

• Promote self-organization, ownership, and accountability across the team

• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure clarity of priorities and value delivery

• Drive continuous improvement based on delivery metrics and team feedback

• Support execution within SAFe or similar scaled frameworks when required

Requirements

• Proven commercial experience as a Scrum Master in IT projects

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum required; SAFe a plus)

• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Miro

• Excellent facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and servant-leadership mindset

• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence

• Ability to build partnership with technical teams and Product Owners

• Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)

• Experience supporting software development / cloud / data engineering teams
