Description

Lead change management activities for business process and technical changes, coordinating work across application development teams. Oversee change and release management processes in line with internal guidelines and procedures, and act as the single point of contact for change and release management within the programme. Facilitate information sharing and user upskilling for stakeholders.

• Manage communication and alignment with business and technical stakeholders

• Coordinate change-related activities across application development teams

• Oversee change and release management processes per internal guidelines

• Facilitate information sharing and user upskilling activities

• Serve as the single point of contact for change and release management within the programme

Requirements

• Proven experience in project or programme management within a large organization (5+ years)

• Strong experience in change and release management

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Very good command of English (spoken and written)
