Description

We are looking for a person with a natural interest in leading people who wants to take responsibility for the operation and development of R&D teams. The ideal profile can come from an R&D Manager background, but we also welcome candidates such as Team Leader, Technical Leader, Project Manager, or a senior developer ready for the next career step. You will lead, motivate, and develop team members, provide feedback, collaborate across teams, and take ownership both inside and outside your technical specialization.
