Description

Lead end-to-end technology projects in the banking sector, including defining scope and goals, preparing a roadmap, timeline, and budget, and driving day-to-day delivery.

Manage project teams and stakeholders, continuously monitor progress, task status, risks, and dependencies, and prepare progress reports.

Own change management and the documentation process in the required tools, and monitor delivery quality and compliance with project assumptions.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing technology projects
• Experience running end-to-end projects
• Practical experience managing product deployments and API solutions
• Ability to coordinate work across multiple teams and organizational units and collaborate with business stakeholders
• Experience with system integration processes and launching solutions in production environments
• Ability to effectively track progress, identify and manage risks, and resolve project issues
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Independence, proactivity, and goal orientation
