Description

You will oversee and manage the governance and execution of Transaction Monitoring models, ensuring compliance with regulatory commitments. The role includes owning the model management roadmap, driving prioritization and validation activities, and tracking the closure of model findings and commitments across the model lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the model management roadmap

• Drive model prioritization activities

• Coordinate model validation activities

• Partner with stakeholders to clarify compliance expectations

• Define model governance priorities and success measures

• Maintain an understanding of the model lifecycle

• Oversee tracking and closure of model findings and commitments

• Understand dependencies across capabilities

Requirements

• Proven experience in governance and oversight of Transaction Monitoring models

• Strong understanding of regulatory commitments and financial crime strategy

• Ability to translate business needs into prioritized validation plans

• Experience collaborating with Model Owners and Subject Matter Experts

• Strong documentation and tracking capabilities
