Description

You will combine manual software testing with communication across clients and developers, translating customer expectations into clear assignments. You will help identify and validate bugs and coordinate day-to-day project progress by connecting customer needs, information, and tasks. The role also offers room to grow into broader project management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manually test applications: verify functionality and find defects

• Collaborate with developers: communicate findings and work together on solutions

• Communicate with clients: gather needs, clarify requirements, and convert expectations into actionable tasks

• Connect people and information: daily cross-team communication to keep everyone aligned

• Coordinate projects: track tasks, deadlines, and workflow; prepare reports and maintain project status overview

• Gradually take on additional areas of project management as you grow

Requirements

• Technical IT background and orientation in software application environments

• Interest in technologies and software development; ability to understand how things work and investigate root causes

• Experience with software testing, ideally manual testing

• Ability to communicate and share information with clients, developers, and other departments

• Can clearly explain technical problems and communicate customer needs

• Team player mindset; understands that quality is achieved collaboratively

• Organizational skills: prioritize work, manage deadlines, and drive tasks to completion

• Reliable and responsible; proactive with initiative and solution-finding

• Willingness to learn new things and progressively take on more responsibility
